Brandenburg One Subscription

If you have entered the incorrect email address you may receive an error saying “email address not found.” The email address connected to your Brandenburg account is the one you last used to subscribe, purchase single tickets or to make a donation. 

If you are having trouble or cannot remember your email address, please call 1300 782 856 and one of our friendly Box Office team will be able to help you! 

Visit brandenburg.com/online-concerts and click Login. A pop-up box will appear. Select ‘Forgot Password’ and type in the email address associated with your Brandenburg account.

This is the email address you most recently used to purchase a subscription or single tickets or make a donation. Then press ‘Reset Password’. You will receive a reset password email in your inbox - this may take up to 2 minutes to arrive. If you do not receive an email, please make sure to refresh your email inbox and check your junk folder

Non-subscribers can access the Public Collection of Brandenburg One without logging in. The Brandenburg One Public Collection features some but not all of the same content available in the Premium Collection. New content will be released on Brandenburg One regularly, so please sign up to our Keynotes e-newsletter and follow us on Facebook or Instagram to stay up-to-date.

The Premium Collection is available exclusively to our current Classic, Compose Your Own and Brandenburg One subscribers. Non-subscribers can access the free Brandenburg One Public Collection. If you would like to purchase a 12-month Brandenburg One digital subscription, you can do so at any time by clicking here.

The Premium Collection is only available for current Classic, Compose Your Own and Brandenburg One subscribers. If you are a subscriber but still cannot access the Premium Collection, check that your email address and password are those for your Brandenburg account – this is the account you last used to subscribe, purchase single tickets or to make a donation. Co-subscribers require a brandenburg.com.au log-in in order to have access to Brandenburg One. If you have an account already, please contact the Box Office at subs@brandenburg.com.au or by calling 1300 782 856 with your email ready. If you do not, please create an account before contacting the Box Office team.

No. For those who just want to watch a single Digital Première, you can book a single Digital Première Pass on the concert page just like you would for any of our live concerts. Digital Premières are only available to watch for 48 hours when you are a single pass buyer. For on-demand viewing, we recommend purchasing a 12-month Brandenburg One subscription — not only can you re-watch and re-play our Digital Premières throughout the year, but you can view a range of other exclusive content only available in our Premium Collection.

You will receive an email on the day of the Digital Première containing instructions on how to log in to access the performance. To receive a reminder about the concert and access to the program beforehand, make sure you subscribe to our e-newsletter here. Didn't get a concert email? Don't worry! Log into your Brandenburg One account where the concert will be available to watch on-demand at any time. As a subscriber with Premium Collection access, there is no time-frame for watching the concert - you can enjoy it again and again for the duration of your subscription. 

You will receive an email on the day of the performance containing a link to watch the Digital Première. This email will be sent to the email you booked with - please make sure to check your junk email folders on the day and whitelist emails from mail@brandenburg.com.au. You do not need to log into Brandenburg One to watch the performance if you have purchased a Digital Première Pass.

You can watch any Digital Première for 48 hours from the start date and time – so no need to worry if you’re late to watch! 

The performance will be available from 5:00PM AEDT/AEST on the day. If you didn’t receive the link or a booking confirmation, check your booking confirmation - those who purchase after 3:00PM the day before the performance will receive the performance link in this email. If you still have not received a link, please contact our Box Office team by calling 1300 782 856 or by emailing tickets@brandenburg.com.au

In order to stream the broadcast to your Smart TV you will need to stream your  internet browser window, and then expand the video. Instructions on how to do this for Chromecast are here, using the Google Home App here, and Airplay to Apple TV here. To expand the video hover your mouse over the video (or press the video if on mobile) and select the expand icon.
